Teams will be divided into 2 twelve team Leagues, 1 on a Tuesday night & 1 on a Thursday Night. After every team has played each other once then the top 4 from each league will go through to a Finals Night were Quarter Finals, Semi Finals & a Final will be played to decide the winner of the Competition.

Also the teams that finish in places 5-8 will go on to a similar night to win the Vase trophy, in the exact same format as the finals night.

Golden Boot

We also run a Golden Boot competition with the winner at the end receiving a trophy, goals only count for each individual team you play for so if you play on both nights for different teams you don't gain an unfair advantage, each team needs to give their goalscorers in to a member of staff after their game.
